Professor Ellen L. Yee (USA), Drake University Law School, Des Moines, Iowa, is spending her sabbatical year researching the right of confrontation in the International Criminal Court. Her work addresses issues at the intersection of evidence and criminal procedure.

Ellen teaches in the areas of Criminal Law, Professional Responsibility & Ethics, Trial Advocacy, and Psychiatry and the Law. She is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Minnesota Law School. Before teaching at Drake, she was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Florida State University College of Law and a prosecutor in California.
