Gesa Kübek studied the law, politics and economics of the European Union at the University of Twente (The Netherlands), where she obtained a Bachelor of Honour's Degree and graduated Cum Laude. Gesa holds a master degree in law and economics (LLM, with distinction) from the University of Bologna (Italy), the University of Ghent (Belgium) and the University of Hamburg (Germany). Previous work experience include an internship at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany. After completing the internship at CLEER, Gesa became a doctoral candidate at the Law Department of the University of Passau (Germany). Her main research interest lies within the external relations of the European Union.
