- Section: International and European Sports Law
In 2009 I graduated with distinction from the University of Stettin where I studied in the field of International Relations. My interest in matters concerning the EU resulted in the decision to enrol in the EU specialization which in turn provided me with the opportunity to familiarize myself with a number of EU-related subjects. In 2014 I graduated with distinction from The Hague University and obtained an LL.B. degree in International and European Law. Currently, I am in the final stage of the European Law LL.M. programme at the Utrecht University, and in the process of finalizing my thesis which revolves around issues concerning the application of European Internal Market and Competition Law to sport.
Between August 2009 and August 2010 I worked at the Labour Office in Stettin where I dealt with the implementation of programmes established under the auspices of the European Social Fund. Furthermore, I have also worked as an intern at the Institute for Historical Justice and Reconciliation. Last year I have successfully completed an internship at the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and participated in the European Law Moot Court Competition.
