Enrico Partiti was a researcher at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut (2017-2018), where he participated in the establishment of the ‘Doing Business Right’ project, and was academic coordinator of CLEER. After that, he carried out research at Tilburg University focusing on the regulatory role in the domain of sustainability and human rights played transnationally by private actors such as standard-setters and corporations. He is currently Group Legal Counsel for Sustainable Finance at Triodos Bank. Enrico obtained his PhD at the University of Amsterdam (dissertation entitled ‘Public play upon private standards. How European and international economic law enter into voluntary regimes for sustainability’).
