  • Department:
    Former Interns
  • Section: Law of the European Union

Recently graduated (MA) in European Law at the University of Torino with a thesis on the EU approach to Transitional Justice; formerly BA in International Relations at the University of Trento writing about former MEP Alexander Langer and his project for the establishment of a European Peace Corps. Since a few years I am researching the topic of nonviolent means of conflict transformation within the European Union and beyond, both as scholar and as in the practice. I am an active member of a small Italian nonviolent peace corps, Operazione Colomba (Operation Dove), operating in four different conflict areas. I took part in the field project by the Peace Community of San José de Apartadò, in Northern Colombia, living together with its members in the middle of the conflict. I had experiences in the journalistic world (intern at the Il Corriere della Sera) and I collaborate since two years with a European affairs Italian magazine, Rivista Europae.
