Eva da Costa holds a bachelor degree in European Studies from The Hague University of applied sciences and also followed an Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Salamanca Faculty of Law. After her studies, she worked as a Programme Officer for 3 years at the European Urban Knowledge Network (EUKN) in The Hague.
In September 2012 she joined the T.M.C Asser Instituut as Project Manager Education,Training & Events.
