5 February 2010 a conference will be held regarding the implementation of the external dimension of the Stockholm Programme in The Hague at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut. This new multi-annual Programme on the area of Freedom, Security and Justice has been adopted by the European Council held in December last year. The current Spanish Presidency of the Council will be responsible for establishing the Action Plan. The conference will be opened by HE Dr. E.M.H. Hirsch Ballin, Dutch Minister of Justice.
