The Private International Law (PIL) Cluster of the T.M.C. Asser Instituut organises the second PIL meeting on Thursday 21 May 2015.

This year's programme will consist of two presentations:

1. "Party autonomy in family law matters" by Prof. Dr. Jinske Verhellen, University of Ghent
2. "Party autonomy in commercial transactions" ('International Market for Contracts') by Prof. Dr. Gilles Cuniberti, University of Luxembourg

There will be room for discussion on the current state of affairs of research and education in Private International Law in the Netherlands.
