- The Social Dialogue under the law of the European Union: structure, competences, criteria of participation
- A description of the current structure of European professional football under the ‘umbrella’ of UEFA and, in a global perspective, of FIFA. The ‘pyramid’ model
- Testing the “pyramid” model against the law of the EU in the perspective of a Social Dialogue
- Description of the position of possible participants on behalf of the clubs (G-14, EPFL) in the Social Dialogue in the European professional football sector. Pros and cons in the light of the EU Social Dialogue criteria of participation.
- Legal and policy conclusions/recommendations regarding the position of G-14 in a Social Dialogue

Topic

- To produce a study that sets out both brief descriptions of the way that social dialogue functions in the countries concerned, and descriptions of the various workers’ and employers’ organizations involved in social dialogue at sector level
