Europe in your daily life

Apr 1, 2009 - Jan 31, 2011

Project description

The first phase of the project consists of a series of lectures/debates in four different cities, which are held in the time period april-july 2009. The lecture/debate is divided in two parts, where one part focuses on a description of European law in five terrains (citizenship, security, sport, environment, future and external relations) and one part in an exchange of views or debate between the speakers and members of the public.

The second phase (September-December 2010) consists of lectures in 11 cities in the Netherlands. Lectures deal with the same five topics as in 2010 but will focus also on the Lisbon Treaty. During one session, several lectures are programmed to take place in consecutive order.
