Marquette Sports Law Review - (formerly the Marquette Sports Law Journal) a national bi-annual scholarly review addressing issues in sports law. The current issue of the Review is available for $20.00 an issue. Otherwise annual subscriptions to the Review are available for $35.00 ($45.00 for international orders). The Review may also be ordered as part of one of the various National Sports Law Institute membership categories described below. Single copies of articles in the Review are not for sale apart from the issue in which they were published. Back issues of the Marquette Sports Law Review are available only from the William S. Publication Standards – Guidelines for Authors
Submissions to the Marquette Sports Law Review must follow the following guidelines:
  • Citations in any submission must conform to the Harvard Citator (Bluebook) (18th Edition).
  • Authors must be willing to provide any sources that the Review is unable to locate.
  • Authors must include a personal resume or biography including his or her educational and occupational background.
  • Accepted submissions will be judged as to the quality of the research, writing and citation, novelty of the topic and impact it will have on the sports law field, and ability of the Review to adequately obtain any sources.
The Editorial Board prefers that all submissions are sent by e-mail to the Lead Articles Editor James Swiatko.
