Transnational Criminal Law

Transnational Criminal Law

This page is dedicated to transnational criminal law (TCL). TCL looks at the criminal responsibility of individuals for violations of the norms established by the so-called suppression conventions, such as those pertaining to corruption, drug trafficking and cybercrime.

On this page, you will find information on, among other things, our publications on TCL, as well as our tailored training programmes on ICL/TCL. TCL is a field the T.M.C. Asser Instituut will focus more on in the years to come.
