On this page, you will find information on state practice related to IHL and ICL. This information, also called the Correspondents’ Reports, used to be part of the YIHL, but they are now an integral part of the Asser Nexus website. The information can be searched both by country and by year.
The Correspondents’ Reports will be reinvigorated. Experts who would like to act as Rapporteurs can contact the Asser Nexus team via nexus@asser.nl.
