Silent Leges Inter Arma Conference

On 20-23 September 2022, the Belgian Group of the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War (ISMLLW), with the support of the DILEMA project, is organizing the 5th ‘Silent Leges Inter Arma ?’ Conference in Bruges, Belgium.

The conference will bring together practitioners and academics active in the field of security and defence to discuss legal and policy aspects of a variety of important topics. As part of the conference, the DILEMA project is organizing two panel discussions:
